These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website design, development, digital marketing, and related services (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Ennovative Web Design offers:
- Custom website design & development
- E-commerce solutions
- SEO & digital marketing
- Content creation & branding
- Website maintenance & hosting (if applicable)
The scope of work will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Service Agreement provided to the Client.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals.
- Supply necessary materials (logos, images, text, etc.) in requested formats.
- Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed for use.
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule.
3. Payments & Fees
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to commence work.
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the payment schedule.
- Late payments may incur result in project suspension.
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
4. Project Timeline
- Estimated timelines will be provided but may vary based on Client responsiveness and project complexity.
- Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late feedback, unpaid invoices) will extend the deadline accordingly.
5. Revisions & Approvals
- The Client is entitled to a set number of revisions (as per the agreement).
- Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
- Final approval of design and content is the Client’s responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website design and developed content.
- Ennovative Web Design retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images) may have separate licensing terms.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
If the Client cancels the project:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Work completed beyond the deposit will be billed at hourly rates.
No refunds are provided after project completion.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential.
- Ennovative Web Design may sign an NDA upon request.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any losses due to website downtime, hacking, or third-party service failures.
- We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or marketing results.
10. Hosting & Maintenance (If Applicable)
- Hosting fees must be paid annually/monthly to avoid service interruption.
- Maintenance plans cover updates but not major redesigns or new features.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
